1. The core control and drive center includes servo motors, PLC and big colorful touch screen. These improve the machine accuracy, speed adjust range, reliability and intelligence level greatly.
2. Mask conveying, film pulling, horizontal sealing and vertical sealing are achieved by servo motors, simplify the machine structure, lower the noise significantly and reduce the mechanical failure.
3.Adopt dual driving for vertical sealing and advanced heating technology, lower the vertical sealing temperature, to protect the film and get a good seal.
4.The touch panel could store many kinds of parameters. So it's easy for the new operater to use or while change different products.
